pleasant facilities and awesome location
awesome location prompt service clean pool fresh food
The location was awesome. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. the staff provided prompt service and were always available. i liked the outdoor pool. It was clean. the breakfast service had many options and fresh food.
the elevator was a bit slow at times.

breakfast offered both hot and cold selections, including cereals. there was a good variety of fresh fruit available, and i really enjoyed the coffee. the food was AMAZING!!!

the outdoor pool was a great amenity and always clean. i saw many guests enjoying it throughout the day. the spa area had a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi which all looked very well kept.

musty odor cracked tile
Our room, a 'basic double room', faced a grim inner courtyard. It was not the relaxing view we hoped for! the room had a strange musty odor, probably from inadequate ventilation. the shower was particularly annoying. The water pressure fluctuated wildly, going from scalding hot to freezing cold without warning, and one of the tiles was cracked, it felt unsafe! i was surprised there was no lift to all floors, it was quite difficult to manage our luggage up the stairs.
